RV Waste Receiving Facility Information

The South Essex Sewerage District operates an RV Wastewater Disposal Station on a seasonal basis. It is normally available 7-days a week, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, from May 15th to November 1st to registered Winter Island Park campers and City of Salem, MA residents only. If you are neither a resident or a registered camper – you may not dump here. For your convenience, please see below for a list of alternative facilities to dispose of your RV Wastewater.

RV Disposal Location

For safety, please be sure to follow all posted signage when on site. This facility protects our environment and our local waterways as best it can, but we need your help. As a reminder, storage tanks removed from an RV and transported in another vehicle will not be allowed to dispose of their waste at the disposal station.

Please, do not allow any RV wastewater or trash to enter the catch basin located near the station – it is for rainwater only! This discharges directly to the Salem Harbor. Please ONLY Dispose Toilet Paper, #1, and #2 at Our Facility – Nothing More.
